Thank you for choosing the Fill the Gap Collection by KLC kre-a-tiv.
Each product is made with intention and engineered for long-term use, and our return policy reflects the nature of our materials, manufacturing, and production timelines.
Please review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Items (MOOD & FUSE)
MOOD Sectional (All Configurations & Colours)
MOOD is made to order according to your selected configuration.
Because production begins immediately, all MOOD orders are final sale and non-returnable, except in the case of damage or manufacturing defects.
If your MOOD item arrives damaged, we will repair or replace the affected component(s) at no cost.
FUSE (Both Colours)
FUSE is produced to order and treated as a made-to-order item.
Orders are final sale, with returns accepted only in the case of damage or defects upon delivery.
2. Standard Items (FRAME Kits, NEAT Kits, HANG Packages)
FRAME, NEAT, and HANG Kits/Packages are stocked items and may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, pending approval from our team.
To qualify:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged
In original packaging (including all components and hardware)
With proof of purchase
Returned at the purchaser’s expense
Approved returns will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging.
Returns sent back without prior authorization will be refused.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us at support@klckreativ.com within 48 hours
Include photos of the packaging and the item
Our team will review and issue next steps
If damage is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost.
We cannot accept damage claims reported after the 48-hour window.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are always final sale:
MOOD made-to-order sectional pieces
FUSE made-to-order units
Custom orders, modified orders, or special finishes
Items marked Final Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
5. Exchanges
Because many of our products are made to order, exchanges are not available except in cases of confirmed defects or shipping damage.
6. Refunds (When Applicable)
Once a return (for eligible items only) is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

7. Return Address
Returns must be sent to our Surrey BC studio.
The full return address will be provided in your authorization email.
